As part of our half-board offer, we serve regional products such as Alpine cheese from the Gourmet region of Paznaun, butter and meat from local farmers and game from our own mountains. We are particularly proud of our home-made jams, made using Grandma’s recipe, which guests can enjoy at breakfast.
